Murray Calloway County Transit Authority

Murray Calloway Transit Authority purchased 10 acres on Transit Way in Murray, KY in 2007. The firm master planned the campus to provide for an office complex as well as future development. A 5000 square foot office center was included as the signature building. The design, reminiscent of the early century small town train depots, was chosen because of its importance in the development of transportation systems in America.  It reflects the historical significance of transportation in our nation’s development. Features include a standing seam metal roof, decorative wall brackets, porcelain tile lobby with inlaid compass and period chandelier, innovative lighting schemes, and tenant space.  The convenient circle drive/drop off/pick-up is designed in the shape of a wheel, the universal symbol for transportation.
